You can use any of these methods and enjoy the convenience of our secure shopping cart system to create your order form. By clicking on the small icons you place items in your shopping cart, remove them, or change quantities. With every change, you see the total cost, including shipping and any sales tax.

Nothing is final until you go to the checkout. There you have the choice of placing your order on-line or through the mail (the mail option works just fine for phone calls too).

On-line Orders

Using your MasterCard, Visa or American Express, you may instantly complete and send your order. When your selections are made, click on the "Go to Checkout" button and select the Secure Credit Card option. All of your information is protected by state-of-the-art secure transmission.

Alternatively, you can choose PayPal to process your online order.

Mail and Phone Orders

You may also use our shopping cart system to print a complete order form to use when you order by mail or phone. Just printing the order form does not create a firm order with NeedlepointHeaven; you are only committed when you make payment arrangements by mail or telephone.

When your selections are final, click on the "Go to Checkout" button and select the payment option you want. A form with all the needed information will be created for you to either print and mail, or to use as a reference during your phone call. You can reach us at:

If you do not have printer access, you may create your own order form. Be sure to include all the information that is displayed on the screen.

Needlepoint Books

We are an affiliate. Book orders through this site are fulfilled by and will not appear the shopping cart with your other needlepoint supplies.


There is no extra charge for shipping and handling for canvases delivered within the United States. We ship within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of your order. Shipping is by Priority Mail to US addresses, and by International Airmail outside the US. Our Needlepoint Books are shipped by, so we cannot extend the free shipping offer to books.

International Shipping is not automated in our shopping cart - we will add those charges manually when we process the order, and always work to keep your shipping charge as low as possible.


We will gladly accept returns and refund the cost of your unopened canvas within two weeks of shipment. In order to protect the copyright of the artists whose work we sell, we do not offer refunds for opened materials.

All custom orders once charged are non-refundable. All yarn sales are final and non-returnable.

NeedlepointHeaven will assume all costs for returning goods shipped in error.
